Payment and Billing

We are pleased to accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Debit, AMEX or Cash. All accounts are due at time of treatment.

Cancellation

In the event you are unable to make your appointment, we request a 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Less than 24 hours notice or No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked.

QDoes OHIP or Medical Plans Cover the Services Offered?

A
Most Private Health Plans cover all or a portion of all treatments at pureBalance Wellness Centre. In general, most private plans cover up to $500 of licensed Naturopathic Doctor, RMT’s, Acupuncturists, and Chiropractor visits per family member per year.

From downtown Toronto – Take the Gardner Expressway to QEW West Hamilton, take the Hwy 10/Hurontario Street exit. Turn left or South onto Hurontario Street. Turn right onto Lakeshore Road East and travel one block West on Lakeshore Road. We are located on the North side.

From Hamilton – Take QEW toward Toronto. Take the Hwy 10/Hurontario Street exit. Turn right or South onto Hurontario Street. Turn right onto Lakeshore Road East and travel one block West on Lakeshore Road. We are located on the North side.

From Brampton or North Mississauga – take the Hwy 10/Hurontario Street South towards the lake. Turn right onto Lakeshore Road East and travel one block West on Lakeshore Road. We are located on the North side.
