Elias Markou graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine as an ND. Elias Markou holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto with majors in Physiology and Public Policy. He has also completed a diploma in Registered Holistic Nutrition (RHN) and a Diploma in Acupuncture (Dipl. Acu.) from the Canadian College of Holistic Health.
Dr. Elias Markou is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors(OAND); the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and is registered with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy in Ontario.
Dr. Elias Markou, was a former professional firefighter turned naturopathic doctor. Dr. Elias Markou is one very busy individual; he is in private practice in Mississauga, Ontario; is the chief medical officer of the Halton Hills Fire Protection & Prevention Services; is a motivational speaker who conducts corporate seminars for many companies and is regularly featured on television, in print and radio. Dr. Elias Markou combines his enthusiasm for life and his knowledge of health and wellness to motivate people back to optimal health.
Dr. Emily FitzGerald, ND

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine

Emily FitzGerald graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto and is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND). Dr. Emily FitzGerald is also registered with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy in Ontario. Dr. Emily FitzGerald holds an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from the University of Western Ontario in London and studied abroad at the University of Otago in New Zealand.
Dr. Emily FitzGerald’s primary goals are to help her patients better understand the root issues impacting their health and to address these issues using a wide variety of available treatment techniques; she has treated patients at the Robert Schad Naturophatic Clinic in Toronto and has attended a variety of seminars and conferences to stay on top of the latest developments in alternative and preventative medicine.
Dr. Emily FitzGerald is very passionate about the environment, striving to create more awareness around the harmful use of cosmetics, household cleaners, pesticides and other unsafe agents. In addition, Dr. Emily FitzGerald leads an active lifestyle, which includes pilates, running and spinning. Dr. Emily FitzGerald promotes physical activity and proper nutrition habits in maintaining a healthy body and mind.

Paul Hrkal graduated from McMaster University with a degree in Kinesiology and then went on to complete his doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.
Dr. Paul Hrkal is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors(OAND) and is registered with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy in Ontario.
Dr. Paul Hrkal has an extensive background in athletic and physical performance medicine but has experience in addressing a wide range of health concerns. His special clinical interest is in using the full range of Naturopathic medical treatment techniques available including advanced injection and intravenous therapies.
Dr. Paul Hrkal is very active in the community with a number of organizations and he also is an active public speaker, educating patients on the science and application of natural medicine. Dr. Paul Hrkal is very passionate about helping patients not only eliminate their symptoms but reach their full optimal health potential in safe and effective ways.
Dr. Frank Silva, ND

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine
Frank Silva is a Naturopathic Doctor who uses natural therapies to stimulate healing and wellness. Dr. Frank Silva holds an Honours degree in Health and Society from York University and is a graduate of the four year, full-time medical program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Dr. Frank Silva has worked with patients to realize their fullest health potential at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic in Toronto and at the Queen West Community Health Centre for underprivileged citizens. As a primary health care provider, Dr. Frank Silva has treated a multitude of health conditions and values continuing education. Dr. Frank Silva is passionate about addressing the root cause of disease and uses nutrition, botanicals, acupuncture, homeopathy, and vitamins and minerals in designing individualized treatment options.
