
Stephanie brings a wide array of life experience and skills obtained through her unique work background to pureBalance Wellness Centre.
Stephanie was a police officer with Durham Regional Police for 7.5 years and then pursued a career as a flight attendant and travel agent before deciding to pursue her personal interests in the wellness industry.
Stephanie holds diplomas in Police Education and Health & Fitness as well as a certificate in Digestion and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®). Stephanie is concentrating on further developing her energy healing skills in Reiki and Learning Path Integrated Technique (LPIT) and will be undertaking studies to become a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST®)
Stephanie loves learning about naturopathic wellness and the environment and is passionate about helping people live a balanced life. Stephanie is our in-house social media expert, responsible for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Meetup, our website and our newsletters. Stephanie is honoured to be part of the pureBalance Wellness Centre and your lives.

Jennifer is currently studying at Sheridan pursuing her Paralegal license which she can take in April of 2012. Jennifer is a patient of Dr. Markou’s, and thanks to him has been regularly maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle. She hopes to continue doing so as being healthy is an important factor to succeeding in life. Jennifer enjoys helping people and has an interest in the legal system and would like to get into immigration after she completes her Paralegal course.

Michelegraduated from both the Performance Foundations program and Commercial Dance studies program from George Brown College. She has been a dance instructor for many years, sharing her knowledge and love of dance to students as well as helping to promote healthy active living to children and adults. She is also pursuing a career as a professional dancer. She is currently a patient of Dr. Nesterenko, who helps her with injuries from dancing as well as providing her with knowledge to help prevent further injuries in the future.
