Dr. Natalie Nesterenko, DC - Chiropractor

Dr. Natalie Nesterenko graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College as a Doctor of Chiropractic, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from McMaster University. Dr. Nesterenko’s participation in sports including boxing, muay thai, National level competitive swimming and professional level dance/choreography have given her a unique understanding of repetitive overuse injuries, mechanical pain, and preventive medicine.

Dr. Nesterenko utilizes Diversified Chiropractic Technique (manual adjustments) combined with a wide range of treatment methods to address neuromusculoskeletal complaints including: myofascial release technique, soft tissue therapy including stainless steel Gua Sha tools, functional screening, orthotics assessment, active rehabilitation, laser therapy, and gentle mobilization therapy.

Dr. Natalie Nesterenko’s patient-centered and diverse treatment approach provides her patients with multiple treatment options and enables her to treat a wide variety of conditions including: temporomandibular dysfunction, plantar fasciitis, chronic headaches, rotator cuff pathology, patellar tracking dysfunction, pregnancy related conditions such as posterior pelvic pain, and more.

Dr. Nesterenko’s continuing education focus includes courses including: simulation lab technique workshops with force sensing table technology to refine adjustments, pediatrics, TMJ/TMD treatment, fibromyalgia, Foot gait and orthotics, headache and concussion, and more.

Dr. Natalie Nesterenko’s therapy appointments include 30 minutes of hands on, one-on-one patient focused care. She utilizes evidence-based chiropractic and state-of-the-art rehabilitation techniques to: alleviate pain, correct its underlying cause, and prevent present and future mechanical dysfunction naturally.
