Helen started her love and interest in the body's ability to move and heal through dance at an early age. After 20 years of dance she knew she needed to continue down the path of hands on body work and her interest in massage was revealed in secondary school. After graduating from Sutherland Chan for massage therapy over 15 years ago, Helen has facilitated peoples health through many learnt techniques and decided to add to her knowledge with the certification of nutrition so she could address peoples physical concerns from a holistic perspective.
